A Problem accessing MyHeritage with Geni as advertised

I was emailed an offer for 50% off $149.00, for only $74.50. I was also offered the Heritage plan free for a year. Heritage won't give access along with the Geni account.  The email said: "you’ll receive a one-year MyHeritage Data plan for free!"  It is not free.  There is no access to merge anything.

  Deborah, our records show the MyHeritage data subscription was add to your MyHeritage account on March 27.

  Marina, our records show the MyHeritage data subscription was added to your MyHeritage account on March 24.

  Please make sure you are also logged into your MyHeritage account when viewing Record Matches and Smart Matches.

  hello, i subscribed to genipro with free myheritage,  last week. I cannot access myheritage.  each time i try i am asked to pay a subscription.  please could you help resolve the problem.  many thanks

  Hi, our records show your MyHeritage data subscription was applied to your account on June 20. Please make sure you are also logged into your MyHeritage account when viewing Record Matches and Smart Matches on Geni.

  Hi Martin, can you please verify if you are logged into your MyHeritage account when you try to view the Record Match or Smart Match on Geni?
