I ,by accident, have uploaded my wrong family tree. Only I have been working on it. I want to ask you ,once again, to help me delete the wrong family tree so i can upload the correct one. In the past I was reaching out to you (id #169107) but your advice hasn´t helped me a lot.

If you still have the incorrect GEDCOM on Geni you can undo the import from your GEDCOM page (https://www.geni.com/gedcom)
Hi Peter, the easiest way to resolve this issue would have been to simply undo the import from your GEDCOM dashboard, which was what was initially recommended in your ticket.
Unfortunately, I see that you deleted the GEDCOM file instead before undoing the import. Once that is done, you will not able to undo the import yourself.
I have forwarded your request to remove your imported tree to our engineers and will let you know once I have an update.
Hi Peter, we were able to delete the profiles from the GEDCOM import. Unfortunately, the process used accidentally deleted your profile, but we were able to restore it.
