I drag the photo in (.jpg and .heic) and get error messsages.

Per Møller Jensen Jeg har mange profiler og 2 af dem er mine sønner, jeg kan ikke indsætte foto på Deres profiler idet der står i en besked jeg ikke har tilladelse, hvad mener man med dèt, jeg har købt mig ind i Geni og har 1300 profiler og jeg har lavet foto på dem før, men nu lige pludselig kan jeg ikke. Jeg har selvfølgelig spurgt mine sønner om de har foranlediget jeg er udelukket, men dette siger de NEJ til. Fortæl mig venligst hvad jeg gør. Jeg er faktisk i humør til at slette alt.

Standard only a profile manager can edit his/her profile, so they must change the setting to allow you to add pictures to their profiles.

Geni Support Team Hi Per, which son are you trying to add a photo to? You are currently blocking one son. If you did not intend to do that, you can remove him from your blocked users list here https://www.geni.com/account_settings/blocked_users
Your other sons have claimed their accounts with their email address. They will need to log in to make changes to their profile. Or, as Job mentioned above, they can update their account privacy settings to allow relatives to make changes to their profile.
Note claimed profiles do not keep you from uploading photos and tagging your son's profiles to them. You just may not be able to change their profile photo.
