I have tried several times to pay and get the Geni Pro . Before I paid with Paypal. Now I wanted to pay with my credit card as Paypal did start to take money from me automatically. So I quit Paypal. Now is the payment with 75% discount that is not working.
I forgot to say that my creditcard is working with other internet payments and is 100% valid.
Hi Kjell, we're sorry to hear you are having trouble upgrading. Mastercard is an accepted form of payment on Geni. Can you let us know if you are receiving an error message?

Hi Kjell, there were multiple attempts to enter a credit card, but our system was unable to validate the credit card. The authorization is showing declined by your credit card issuer.
Please know in order to confirm that a credit card entered is valid, a US$1.00 authorization is sent to the credit card issuer. Ff it's approved, then the card is validated. The US$1.00 authorization is voided the same day and it would disappear from your credit card account within a few days (the timeframe depends on your credit card company). You can try your card again. However, if the authorization is declined again, we suggest contacting your credit card issuer to let them know you are trying to order an online subscription, in case they are blocking the authorization for some reason.
I have the same problem. I have tried and tried, but now I have given up. I have tried with Mastercard and with Visa, but both are declined (??) (I dont remember the spellings...) I do not want to use more time to continue to be a Pro-member so I will continue as a basic member.
Hi Jens, did you contact your credit card issuer to ask why they declined the transaction? Our records show that your credit card issuer declined the authorization.

I will check again with my bank tomorrow. I have done it before and then they said that everyting was ok with my cards.
I got the message: "This transction has been declined". Before I have got other messages. But I will give a last try tomorrow. My 50 % dicount will go out on sunday.
