Geni is horrible. I just want to delete an incorrect person in my tree. The procedure keeps saying it will break my tree. When I try delete this person I get this error message.

Relatives connected to this profile would become disconnected. To delete Jonathan, first remove his connected relatives. You cannot delete this person.

 

 

However when I attempt to remove his connected relatives i get this error, 

Jonathan is connected to your tree in 2 ways.

Remove

• Spouse: Unknown
• Wife: Malissa Jane Sinclair (1852 - d.)

 

Warning: Removing these connections will split the tree.

 But the button never highlights. If you see kay you geni

  Hi Jonathan, we're sorry to hear about your experience. Please note that the ability to split the tree is a Geni Pro feature.

  Why doesnt it state this??? The button just stays greyed out.

  yes I agree. I am giving up. I cannot simply upload a GEDCOM. I have tried many times and tried last year. Oh well Goodbye Geni
