Great Grandmother only ever shows up as great aunt and cousin (which she also was)

Something is broken regarding this profile:  Maud de Chaworth (https://www.geni.com/people/Maud-de-Chaworth/6000000002318533609?through=6000000175095062864) keeps showing up as my great aunt or my first cousin even though every time I've gone to her son's profile (https://www.geni.com/people/Henry-Plantagenet-of-Grosmont-1st-Duke-of-Lancaster-4th-Earl-of-Leicester-and-Lancaster-KG/6000000004344528746?through=6000000002318533609) he shows up as my 19th great grandfather, which clearly means that she's my great grandmother.  She is ALSO my great aunt and my cousin, but that closer relationship never comes up.  And now I'm getting a cousinship with another current user that's two generations more distant because again, Maud de Chaworth is showing up as my cousin instead of as my great grandmother.  Maud's father does show up as my great grandfather, but her mother doesn't show up in that closer relationship.

  Hi Amy, Geni will calculate the closest blood and in-law path to you/focus person, if either can be found. Otherwise, you may be seeing the one which was cached or calculated first. Paths can be refreshed one week after the initial path is found.

  I've come across this problem with the same great grandmother a few times over the past couple of months, with plenty of time in between for the paths to be refresshed.  It STILL is not coming up right!  There's definitely a bug here!  (Did you read what I wrote?)
