Access Denied Error 16

I am having problems accessing my Geni.com account. I don’t use a VPN or a proxy, as far as I know, and just have a basic personal internet connection through AT&T. Attached is a screenshot of my most recent error message. I am retired. I value your website, and I do family research every day. I think my daily use of your website may be responsible for triggering this recurring error. I usually see the “I am not a robot” prompt five or six times, and then I get blocked.
