Help

Hello, my name is Frimette Grossman. I’m a senior with poor eyesight, and I’m very upset because my long-standing profile seems to have disappeared. I believe this may have happened after I changed my password back in June.
Now, when I try to log in, I’m taken to a brand-new, blank profile that shows only “10 percent” and none of my previous content. I’ve had this profile for many years, and it’s extremely distressing to lose access to it.
Please help me recover my original page. I rely on it heavily, and this situation has caused me a great deal of stress.
