Cannot contact other users. Get error code. Why have a website if it does not work and from other comments gets little attention.

You have a very bad way of doing business. It is deceptive in the extreme.
I was on your site only because you had listed a friend of mine as deceased. That is not true, I was in touch with her two days ago.
I was checking your site to VERIFY whether your assertion was true or not. But there was no way to do that on your deceptive and confusing webpage. You have no available information to back up what your listing on Google implied.
I did not want to start a goddamn family tree! I have wasted over three hours trying to find out how to get away from you. I will not pay you one cent, so please remove my name and any information that I unwittingly placed on your site in my attempt to find out the truth about my friend. I was forced to give you my card information in order to even find out how to contact you.
Is that clear enough? I will check your site on Wednesday morning, and if there is anything remaining on my profile I will bring fraud charges against you. If any charges appear on my account I will make sure everyone knows what a racket you are running. I have already alerted Paypal to your deceptions, and they have viewed your site with my guidance and agree that something looks very suspicious.
If this email bounces back as undeliverable I will not stop. You do not give anyone the option of calling you before paying you $119,40. Your instructions of how to “cancel” the account BEFORE the 14-day “Free Trial” runs out were completely useless. There was no way to do it before the 14-day limit had expired!
You gave no email address to contact you, and you have published my name without my permission. Be forewarned! Respond to this letter with a confirmation of cancellation of my “ACCOUNT” with no charges. I am within your 14-day limit.
