I've taken full sequence mtDNA FTDNA testing and it's not linked to my GENIpro account HELP!!!

  You have to connect it to your Geni account yourself, and that is not a Pro feature.
  
  Take a close er look in the DNA tab of your or the testers profile and you will find a link to connect/disconnect there, or from the FTDNA site: https://www.familytreedna.com/my/partner-applications
