The mother of one direct ancestor appears as a cousin..?!??

The mother of my fifth great grandfather appears as "10th cousin five times removed"... !!! but the tree looks correct. what to do ?  Please help !

  This kind of labels are based on calculations and sometimes the correct path or shortest path or the most correct relations is not found. 

   

  At the moment nothing can be done. But the correct name should be 6th great grandmother. At the moment you help the system by walking the tree from the profile of your self to your great grandfathers and back it could help.

  Thank you. I wanted to try to rebuild the tree, starting from the level where the bug appears , but I can't also delete any name. Maybe a curator could help ?

  It is correct that Geni software blocks deleting of profiles that are part of the global family tree. And yes maybe a curator can help, but the bug is in the relations and not in the profiles. So deleting profiles will not solve this situation. It will only make the system more confused. At the moment you start to deleting profiles you also deleting relations and this relations(paths) are needed to correctly recalculate the shortest path.
