Addding new e-mail address

 I went to Email and password on Geni to change my primary e-mail address. I input my new email address and received a notice that the new address was recorded but I cant not change the primary email to newly change email.

  It looks as if this post from SEVEN YEARS ago was never answered, so I don't imagine that I  - who have the same issue - will have any better luck getting an answer.

  see How do I update the email address on my Geni account, if I no longer have access to that email address? or How do I contact Geni about my subscription?
