I'm a Basic Geni member and have been receiving Smart Matches for some years based upon my submitted Family Tree. A day ago I received a standard "You've got Smart Matches™!" email reporting 4 new Smart Matches.... and, for the first time ever, none of the people reported to be in my tree actually were !!
Any suggestions from the community whether I can do anything more than raise the issue as I have done here ?
