DNA tab has disappeared. I still receive DNA matches notices.
I tried to disconnect from FTDNA and connect again, and get a Geni message "You are being redirected." but nothing happens.

I will try to contact Lippo Peltonen to find an answer.
You probably find the answer in the 5th paragraph of the DNA Terms of Use .
The DNA Services are not available to residents of the following locations ("Restricted Locations"): Israel, France, Poland or the State of Alaska.
Technically it means that if our are located in any of these locations the DNA tab will not show up.

By authorizing the Family Tree DNA Connector application or uploading or transferring DNA Results to the Website, you represent that you are eighteen (18) years of age or older and are not a resident of the Restricted Locations listed above, and you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement and to the collection and use of your DNA Results as set forth in the DNA provisions in the Privacy Policy. In addition, you represent that any information that associates an individual with their DNA Results you transfer or upload are either your DNA or the DNA of a person for whom you are a legal guardian or have obtained legal authorization to provide their DNA to Geni. These Terms apply to DNA shared through direct upload to our websites or applications, authorization of the Family Tree DNA Connector application or any other means by which you provide your DNA information to the Company.
There is also the point that you need to be older then 18+.
I am aware of these statements, but these are not the cause of the problem.
I am not in these countries and not 18 or under.
So we should be able to see the DNA tab.
I will ask Geni staff to take a look on this.
Are you using an internet provider that might have their main servers in France?
