This person https://www.geni.com/people/Regin-Malka-Sutton/3952529820490051953 as well as all of her siblings, have a yellow mark to indicate that they have 2 sets of parents. When I click on the small blue box with the "2" above her name, I get an option to to choose between the real set of parents and an empty-looking set of parents. No matter what I tried, I can't get rid of it. "Resolve duplicates" doesn't bring up any options to merge the unknown parents with the real ones.

Update. It is solved. It looks like it is solved. Thanks for posting this message. Sometimes with posting the situation will solve the problems in the tree.
I call it the automagical way of solving bugs :)
