  Hi,

  4 people on the tree are alive (status is LIVE too) but on the tree there is the BLACK Ribbon and shows Deceased.No matter what id do, it does not correct it.

  Please help.

  I need some clarification about my tree in Geni as well as MyHeritage.

  I need to speak to someone and make the necessary changes so that I am the manager of my tree in both websites, which does not seems to be the case.

  It's all very confusing.
