Gedcom import is not matching my profile name with the Gedcom file

Hi

 

When I attempt to import my Gedcom file created in Mac Family Tree, during the profile match phase of the import, it is unable to find my file, despite the two names being identical

 

Can you please contact me to resolve this issue
