Why can't I see the DNA tab?  Is it a PRO service only?

  It is not a PRO service.

  Every one should see the DNA tab as it will give you information how to buy DNA tests and what you can do with the DNA tests.

  After you have uploaded the DNA information you will see a new menu option see https://help.geni.com/hc/en-us/articles/360010027914-Where-can-I-find-my-DNA-Matches-list- where you can find the DNA matches.

  Sorry, it is not there. No DNA tab where it should be.. 🤷‍♂️

  Same or similar issue. I used to see my DNA via notifications and had the DNA tab. Now nothing. I nee that I have matches but if I try to open I am notified that I am unauthorized! Also I get email notification of matches but if I try to vie get Error not authorized!
