Geni Support Team Hi Eva,
Please note that full access to our search engine is a Pro feature. This is why you are asked to upgrade when you try to view a profile from the Geni search results. Note public profiles are free to view. If you were to do a Google search for the name of the profile, you will be able to access it through there. However, if you want to use Geni's search engine and its filters, you will be required to upgrade.
The ability to submit a ticket directly to our customer service team is also a Pro feature.
