removing the account and deleting the data (tree)

Hi,

A few weekd ago I decided to remove the account with the tree.

I selected not to donate the tree to the community - it should be erased.

Please tell me why the data of my family is still available on myheritage?

Owner: Szymon Wertyński or Szymon Wertynski.

  Geni is a daughter company of MyHeritage. If you want to remove your information on MyHeritage you should contact the MyHeritage helpdesk.

  You are not right Sir -

  - data from my former tree is available on MyHeritage as "match from Geni" with the last names "unknown" and my personal details as the tree owner (name, lastname) stroked out

  - I uploaded the data to geni, later decided to remove the account and REMOVE the tree from geni and all external companies affiliated with geni

  - you are processing my family tree details without my consent

  - you are processing MY personal data without my consent - you are breaking the European Union law

  I would like to how to delete my data as well.  The only options are to donate to GENI or transfer to another person.
