I don't know how it gets into move mode and there seems to be no way to get back out, short of refreshing the page.

Same here. Have two new laptops; windows 10 and Chromebook and they are updated.
It seems to that it is in the HTML part when switching over from flash.
Same problem by the browsers: Chrome, Firefox and Explorer
Still not working
It comes up after a moment at the tree, and seems to be at all machines I'm trying at.
I have to reload for it to remove the alert for then to have a few minutes before it comes again.
