I have 4 relatives that I cannot approve reject smart matches and record matches.

I have subscriptions to both Geni and My Heritage.

  Hi Carmen,

  This is because your relatives have claimed their accounts with their email address. They will need to login and update their own profile settings to allow family to edit their profiles so that you can confirm the Record Matches and Smart Matches.
