Took too long to load and Geni Compressed my tree

  Sorry, pressed enter too soon. With all that is going on right now, there are millions online and the internet is slow to respond. I was loading my Geni and a message came up that it took too long and Geni did something to my tree. Now all the profiles I was working on have disappeared from the visual tree. I can go back and back and back and back to get to the profile, but it was so much easier when each profile box was available. How do I get those profiles to show again?

  Hi Jolayne, can you provide the link to a specific example that you are no longer able to see in the tree? Also, please let us know if you are using the Flash or HTML version of the tree.
