When viewing in "Tree" mode, often times, the mouse cursor gets stuck in "move mode". In other words, I cannot click on any profile; all attempts to move the mouse, move the entire tree. If I refresh the page, all is fine. If I click to a different tab and come back, all is fine. This happens all the time. it is such a problem I inadvertently move someone. Very maddening.

Geni Support Team Hi Anne,
"Move mode" is activated by holding down the control button on the keyboard. Releasing the button should deactivate it.
Do you recall what you were doing in the tree when it activated? Are you using the Flash or HTML version of the tree?
