I'm wondering why I should continue add people to the hundreds already uploaded, when Geni/MyHeritage use this for profit but deny me access of communicating with others unless I upgrade. You've already profited from my generosity but now you want more without sharing. That's called corporate greed. I'm not sure why I should pay $119/yr now LOLOL Maybe you should be paying me future uploads.

Hi Edwin, you do not have to upgrade to communicate with other Geni users. Anyone can create a public discussion or send a person a private message for free.

If you are receiving an offer to upgrade, then it's likely you are trying to access a paid feature on the site.
