Why does Geni constantly send me emails, then tell me they were sent to another? it is infuriating . . . . they tell me there's a DNA match, or something else, then i click and the message is that that message was intended for someone else. I am really sick of it. b

Geni Customer Support Official comment Hi Betsy and Les,
It sounds like you (or people using your computer) have multiple accounts on Geni. The issue here is that we emailed one of those accounts, but when you clicked the email link you're already logged into Geni as someone else. You should log out (the pull-down menu under your name in the header, or use this link: https://www.geni.com/logout ) and then try clicking the email link again.

Les Kirkham I need an answer to this problem too, as I can never look at the smart matches you send me. It is the correct email and I am the user but it tells me it is for someone else, despite it being MY tree. Pamela Kirkham

Lawrence Taylor, Jr Same here having same issue intended for another user when I click on smart match email has ancestors don't even have on my other account only this one. Been using this one long time shouldn't be intended for another user like somebody else is getting the emails.
