I upgraded to Pro and paid by PayPal and no upgrade appears. why?

frederick William lorey same thing happened to me. paid by pay pal for upgrade. needed help and it says I have to upgrade to premium for that but I just did!

Sylvia del Carmen Bain Rojas I paid the amount of US$ 119.40.- for my Geni Pro acount in April this year in My Heritage form iwth my husband's Credit Card at the name of RICARDO BAEZA SALAS VISA INTERNATIONAL CREDIT CARD BCI Bank at Santiago de Chile. It was duly paid by the bank, but My Heritage, besides setting me as Basic Member rubbed out many of my ancestors and thus, a lot of my work.
I see I'm not the only one with this trouble and I really hope you'll move fast to solve this situation as it's not good for Geni to have this kind of problem with their suscribers. I had never passed through this situation before and I'm really puzzled with what's going on with you.
