I can't edit my wife box / node or in some other branch profile of a family node / turn gray colour

It's been a while not opening Geni platform, when I open Geni I see that my wife's box appear with no option to edit, either in the tree view or in the profile sheet view, I do not understand what to do and how to proceed for correction to update my wife profile....and on some other nodes when I make updates, after save and close....the node/box turns gray colour and I cannot make further updates, the name of the family member is seen. Thanking you and regards.

  Hi Lawrence, 

  We see that your wife has claimed her account with her email address, therefore only she will be able to edit her profile. You can ask her to log in to her account to make the change. If she chooses, she can update her account settings to allow family to edit her profile.
