Both he and I uploaded our DNA, but Geni says we are not blood related. I won't write his name for privacy reasons, but I'm asking for this kind of issue to be resolved. If this can happen with a confirmed DNA match, it explains why I only got ONE DNA match on this whole site.

Geni Support Team Hi, your account does not show that you have uploaded your DNA results to Geni. If you have taken a DNA test with Family Tree DNA, you may link your results on your DNA tab.

R Hutchinson Hi I deleted the DNA after getting just 1 match and not matching an actual dna match who has uploaded his dna.
I had connected via FTDNA. That is probably why I got so few matches anyway. I didn't get a dna test via Geni directly.
Just hoping this will be fixed in the future. Perhaps via a partnership with a dna company that has a lot more users. Or, why not let us just transfer our MyHeritage results to Geni?
