Transfer dna from ftdna

I’ve done this a thousand times, but now I am trying to link an account to ftdna and nothing happens. When I go to the dna tab I see that geni is waiting for the results (it’s already on ftdna!!), and “try again”. Help me please...

  Trying to upload DNA, has anyone found a workaround? Or will Geni allow us to upload our DNA from other sites?

  Hi Leah, we don't have a workaround. We use FTDNA's API to transfer the DNA data to Geni.

  We have been in communication with the FTDNA team and have been told that it is a technical problem on their end. Unfortunately, we still do not have an ETA on when FTDNA will have the issue fixed.

  If you've already linked your DNA kit to Geni and wish to update your results, you must first disconnect Geni from FTDNA and then you can reconnect your accounts.
