No consigo pasar los datos de prueba mtDNA desde Family Tree DNA a Geni. Sigo todos los pasos y no hay resultado.

Max Wright, PhD My FTDNA Y testing got deeper. I followed the instructions for disconnecting and reconnecting. FTDNA appears to make the connection - but the DNA results are not propagated to Geni. So now my profile shows as having no DNA testing at all. I had matches, but of course, now I don't. FTDNA Kit is N82751.

Linda Sirsniņa Got 3 requests from Latvian Geni users on last week about the same situation.
There WAS workaround - you have to diconnect, then wait for 24h, then connect again and do not change anything - wait 24h and check your dna page. If there is no dna data, then do it all again till works.
But for now it does not work as well (all 3 users tried more than 2 times).

I am having the same situation with transfering DNA to Geni from FTDNA. I would really appreciate if you would look deeper into this problem. Seems like a lot of people have faced this situation.

Tori I am having the same issue. I have tried multiple times on different browsers and it's not connecting. Only after authorizing the connection, it kicks me back to my geni homepage and it says I need to transfer or add a DNA kit. I have been trying for at least a week and it still does not work :/

Tori Someone this morning posted on the forms that they were able to link their DNA results to geni doing it through their mobile. I did try it and I was able to link. However, its been about 2 hours and my DNA data has not uploaded to geni. It says "You have linked your account with Family Tree DNA and we are currently awaiting your test results." I guess this where others are having problems now is once linked its not uploading. Maybe try connecting through your mobile device.
