
I have not been able to redeem the 40% discount plus the MyHeritage package. On trying the system just tells me "Sorry, your offer has expired." It appears that a few other people have had the same problem. Please advise how to succeed in redeeming this discount or alternatively please remove the advertising banner from my page. Many thanks!

The same issue for me, I can still see this promotional offer's banner, however once I try to go further, this says "Sorry, your offer has expired". The same happened also yesterday on 10th of January, despite the banner was saying that offer is active till 11th of January.

You can still sign up for the offer by clicking on the link in the offer email or click here https://www.geni.com/pro/signup . You will see the discount applied.

Cindi Sinclair I can’t use the link either. I get the response “unable to add credit card: reason to many credit cards” What does that mean? I only have the one card?

Cindi Sinclair I just tried again. Now it is saying transaction has been denied? It shouldn't be. I even went to check my card and all is in order.
