It's true!!!
I can't change my parents' last dates.
It's really painful to deal with this issue like this.
P.S. I signed up for a paid subscription, but it didn't help.
Hi, if you do not see the option to update the living status of a relative, then it is likely because that relative has claimed their account with an email address. Please report the account as Deceased by clicking on the Actions button on their profile page and select "Report." In the dropdown, select "Deceased" and leave a comment. Once our customer service team reviews the report, they will be able to unclaim the account so that you may update it to reflect their passing.
