Hello. Thanks for your message. I am afraid the incapsula security blocking is preventing my entry / use of our family tree again today see my message of yesterday commenting on the issue raised by Ingvild Christiane Andreassen. So, as it is now, it repeats and then if I try to amend a profile prevents my amending / adding to the tree; all which is unwanted. It seems to have begun since considering whether or not to take Geni Pro. 

Please can you make the necessary adjustment to stop the issue. 

Garland / Brown / Badrian / Walker Tree.

  I have the same problem. The system no longer works for me. I can’t even open the Family Tree due to this new security feature. The whole system freezes. Please have this security feature removed entirely as it does not work and has made Geni unusable. Please also refund the pro subscription fees for the period this problem persists.

  I am having the same problem with hcaptcha not allowing me to go to the tree. The I am human request keeps appearing even thought the prompt says it will only be requested one time. I cannot get to the tree function, the wheel just keeps spinning.

  Samaa ongelmaa täälläkin eilisestä lähtien. Mitä pitää tehdä, jotta pääsen eteenpäin? Vai häviääkö ongelma itsestään? Pitääkö ehkä kirjautua uudelleen uusilla salasanoilla, jotta pääsen ohjelmaa käyttämään. On kiusallista, kun kysellään olenko ihminen, enkä sittenkään pääse eteenpäin.
