Critical Bug: Infinite CAPTCHA Loop / Repeated Security Verification on Every Click

Hello Geni Support Team,
I am experiencing a critical issue that makes the portal completely unusable. For the past few hours, I have been trapped in an infinite CAPTCHA/security verification loop. The system forces me to confirm "I am a human" on literally every single click or page navigation.
Please note that this is NOT a local issue on my end, and standard troubleshooting steps do not resolve it. I have already thoroughly tested the following:
  1. Cleared all cookies and cache (including using the geni.com tool).
  2. Tested across multiple browsers (Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge).
  3. Attempted access via Incognito/Private mode with all extensions and ad-blockers disabled.
  4. Switched entirely different networks and ISPs – the issue persists both on my home Wi-Fi and when using an isolated Personal Hotspot via mobile data from a completely different network operator.
Multiple other users in Latvia are reporting the exact same behavior today. It appears that your security provider (Incapsula/Imperva) has misconfigured its firewall rules or flag thresholds, incorrectly classifying legitimate user traffic from our region as a bot attack.
Please flag this to your technical team and infrastructure engineers so they can adjust the security filter sensitivity. Right now, the website is completely broken for us.
