How long does it take to fix a but? I'm using windows 10 and all I have to do is open the tree, move across a leaf and boom...move mode. Can't get out without refreshing. Apparently it isn't important enough for the tech folks to worry about but is a real pain!

Do you recall what steps your specifically took when "move mode" was activated?
