Automatic Billing Issue

I was just informed that I would be charged tomorrow (06/25/21) for an extension of my subscription by another year.   At the same time I was charged today  (06/24/21) for that extension.  I attempted to cancel my pro subscription prior to the charge tomorrow and your system did not allow.  

Please resolve this and cancel the charge as I cancelled prior to the expected charge.
