  Hi Werhner, we use FTDNA's API to transfer the DNA data to Geni. Unfortunately, there is currently an issue sending DNA information to us on FTDNA's side. We have been in communication with the FTDNA team and they are working on a fix, but we do not have an ETA on when they will have the issue resolved.

  Hi, it's two months later. Do you know how much closer you are to solving the problem with FTDNA?

  Hi Werhner. Unfortunately, we do not know when this issue will be resolved. We have been in communication with the FTDNA team and hope it will be fixed soon. We'll let you know once we have an update.
