I am giving up working on this family tree because it says my mother has a different father. I tried many way to correct this, but the it can not be fixed. I deleted her father and then tried to re add and I tired to create a new child for my grandfather and each time its a different person that will not merge so they whole thing is a big discouraging mess.

This was actually a very simple fix and we're happy to explain the steps we took. Since it was your grandmother's profile that had the duplicate spouse and children, we clicked on her node to reveal the side panel. Then clicked "More" and selected "Resolve Duplicates." Next we dragged and dropped the duplicates together to merge.
