I created a Geni account a few months ago. However, now when I tried to log in again. I couldn't. I clicked on 'Change your password' then I finally got in my account and went to my family tree only to find it empty. Then I tried a few more times and it just kept going back to the same page.

Please help me quickly with this problem, I've spent at least a month on work on my family tree.

  Hi Ilze, it sounds like you may have a duplicate account. Please make sure you are entering the correct email address you used when you first created the account.

  Hi Ilze, we actually did locate your original account and have sent you a password recovery email to the email address on that account.
