Performance issue

Hello,

using Geni during a day I observe the constant performance issue: pages open slowly with a delay in 3-5 seconds, building a tree takes 10+ seconds, update a record - the same delay in a few seconds. 

How this issue looks from Developer Tools in the Chrome:

I see 4 secs delay in getting a file in 56K. Let's take a look inside of this file:

(Not sure why it reports about disabled JavaScript - it enabled by default and never been disabled)

After F5 (page reload) I got even worse result in 8 secs for the same object:

It seems that caching capability of your system is disabled.

  Hi, we looked into this and didn't find anything on that specific profile that's especially slow. We think you may be seeing overall slowness caused by the system getting bogged down. This was apparent on the site yesterday. We are currently cleaning that up which should help things flow more smoothly.

  Unfortunately, it did not help. I checked another 10 different profiles and got the same result: 4-5 secs delay before opening any profile.

  Using Geni for the first time to build my family tree. I thought the Ancestry app had issues. Geni wins hands-down when it comes to lagging, freezing up, and crashing. Adding family members to my tree is like pulling wisdom teeth with a Q-Tip. Needless to say, I won't be subscribing to any of your services.

  Hi Steven, the original issue reported in this thread was resolved. What you are describing sounds different and something we would very much want to resolve. Can you please let us know what type of device you are using and what browser/version?
