Son appears Three times, unable to delete two of them, merge does not work.

Morning,

There was an entry for my Son (Jarrod) that seemed to be locked. I was unable to make any changes or deleted it.

Created a new one correctly with all the correct relationships, his son and wife, etc etc.

The other record remained so I tried to merge the two. Nothing happened.

Now it seems there are three records, two of which have birth dates of 1982 (both incorrect) and the correct one with a birth date of 1983.

Delete does not appear as an option on the two erroneous entries.

How do I get rid of them please ?

  Hi Harry, you are unable to edit your son's profile because he has claimed his account with his email address. If you would like changes made to the profile, then you will need to ask your son to log in to his account to make those changes. There was no need to create a duplicate profile for him, but if you want to merge the profiles, then he will need to log into his account to complete the merge. 

  We noticed you also added your son's wife and son to the duplicate  profile you created. We suggest adding them onto his existing account instead so you can simply delete the duplicate.

  There is a tree conflict that you can resolve. Click on the yellow triangle at the bottom left corner of your son's node. Drag the node of yourself on top of the node labeled "Father of Jarrod" and click "Merge Duplicates" button. On the merge comparison page, click "Yes, this is the same person." This will resolve the tree conflict.
