I just went to my family tree and it, too, is GONE, everything I'd researched all the way back to the year 388 is GONE. Why? First I can't post on the tree because no matter what browser, I have a cross that won't allow me to (with the cursor), and now this. ARRRRGGGHHHHH all that research GONE.

A common mistake is that users will accidentally create a duplicate account rather than log into their existing account. As we pointed out in the other thread, your browser issue may be a problem on your device. Please try clearing your browser cookies/cache. You may also want to check if you have something running on your computer that may be triggering the issue or something in your settings.
