Hi Debbie, can you try clearing your cookies and then try again? You can clear your Geni cookies by clicking on this link: https://www.geni.com/login/clear_cookies . Please let us know if you still experience this issue.
Unfortunately, it did not help. Any other thoughts?

Debbie, can you check if you have any browser extensions that may be blocking it? Which browser/version have you tried? Does it work if you use a different browser?
Hi Jukka, this thread is reporting an issue with reCAPTCHA. Our customer service team has responded to your ticket and issued a refund.
I have used both Chrome, and Firefox. Both are up to date and it happens with both.
Hi Debbie, what's the page you are seeing the Captcha on?
Is it only on a single page or is it also elsewhere on the site? Can you help us debug this by going to https://www.geni.com/account_settings/close_account and click the Capture there? (obviously DO NOT click the button labeled "Close Account"). We just want to know if it's happening elsewhere too.
