Can't edit or add new files

I can't add to my family tree not can I edit my existing files on the tree. The screen just glitches out and disappears or freezes every time I try. I've tried accessing the account on different devices and browsers. Nothing is helping.

  Hi Tina, can you please provide more details about what happens when you try to add a relative? What steps did you take? Do you receive an error message?

  Hi Guys It seems that I have the same problem.

  If I click on EDIT it comes a Loading circling thing and stops, the screen crashes. and if I push + to add a new family member then some buttons pop up but when I click on them nothing happens.

  please fix that.

  l am on my family tree and trying to edit and it doesn't show add or adit anymore,
