My tree has shed its entries.
All my relatives information has disappeared from my account, except for some of my ancestors and immediate family.
I was disappointed.
My brother and I work hard to upload data on family members like uncles, cousins, nephews and more, with dates of birth and death, and in turn we invite many to join, information that we do not have support for and that we can no longer get due to the death of many of them.
I want to know if there is a possibility of rescuing such information, if so, I will join Geni Pro with great pleasure.

Geni Support Team Hi Clara, we are unable to locate these profiles. Are you sure you added them using this account? When we look at your recent invites https://www.geni.com/requests/sent , we see you sent an invitation to Amnon and Amos (based on the email addresses listed). However, their names were left off of their profiles.
