Hi Thomas, it looks like you are logged into a duplicate account. The blue plus sign at the bottom left corner of your node in the screenshot indicates that you have a pending merge. You will need to log into your other account to complete the merge. If you no longer remember the log details for your other account, please email us at subscriptions@geni.com and our customer service team can help you regain access to the account.
