Geni Pro doesn't work

Yesterday I subscribed by paypal (twice!) Geni Pro. Now, it is not working but may Paypal was charged ($0 for 15 days) twice.
Now it is free but on 7 october will be chaged of $ 291,34 :-(
Please help me
