I was Pro for many years. Converted to Basic and now when I get up one individual the Pro request window comes up whichever of the three availble alternatives I click on. Are these really all PRO?

Job Waterreus As a basic user you can only use the Geni search screen to find profiles you or your collaborators manage. So please collaborate with others that work in the same part of the tree.
You can use an external search machine (like Google) to search for public profiles on Geni (if you use Google add site:geni.com to your search).

Geni Support Team Hi Peeter, it's unclear what you are trying to do. If you are continuously getting the offer to upgrade to Pro, then it's very likely you are trying to access a paid feature such as Tree Matches or search (basic users can only access profiles they manage or collaborate on for free).
