I have tried to report my mother's death twice and no-one has responded. For some reason after accepting a match, I no longer seem to have the control of the data. Since then, my father, who created the tree in the first place has also died. Please provide a solution as many have also posted siimlar complaints.

Geni Support Team Hi Sharon, we're sorry to hear about the loss of you parents. Please report your parents' profiles as Deceased via the Actions button on their profiles. For each profile, click on Actions at the top right, select "Report" and choose "Deceased" from the drop down. You may also leave a note that you wish to manage their profiles. Once our customer service team reviews the report, they will be able to unclaim their accounts so that you may edit them to reflect their passing.
